Leadership Coaching: Our leadership coaches are like personal trainers - they act as an impartial trusted confidant who offers insight to assist with achievement goals.. They work with the executive to identify the areas of focus and improvement.  With the rapid pace of change in the workplace, coaching has proven to be an effective tool for executives. The real value of a coach is supporting increased awareness and capacity to act.  Leaders learn to examine those things that can be changed; be passionate about change; and learn behaviors needed to achieve desired results.  Coaching is all about defining the desired changes on both the personal and technical levels; and, developing the required actions to change.

Parental Involvement Training: We offer a variety of training sessions for parents. Prior to each session, a consultant will meet with school administration to identify specific concerns to be incorporated into the sessions. All sessions have been presented numerous times and in various locations and cities, and are structured for high engagement by the participants with clear objectives. Sessions include: small group discussions, large group powerpoint information, role playing (when appropriate), interactive activities and materials to take home.

Parents and Children Together: Parents identify and demonstrate activities they can do with their children to build stronger family communications and connectivity.

Parents as Partners in Their Child's Education: Parents demonstrate various ways to work in partnership with their child's school and to enhance parental communication strategies.

Homework Without Tears: Parents identify common-sense tactics they can use at home to improve homework time.

Creating a Successful Home Environment: Parents are guided to establish rules and routines for their home. They are give words and expressions to use at home to set a positive culture of high expectations.

Conflict Resolution - Parents & School: Parents identify areas of conflict they have with their child's school and identify solutions to their issues. Parents reflect on their personal educational experiences and assess any preconceived ideas that might be impacting school relationships.

Conflict Resolution - Parents & Children: Parents identify and demonstrate various approaches to resolve conflicts with their children peacefully. Two key components are learning to manage your emotions and seeking first to understand rather than be understood.

Paula has a bold, down-to-earth style of engagement that will call out when she senses a lack of honesty, forcing us all to be more ‘real’. She lead my team through a conflict resolution process that resulted in new service standards where we are now functioning at top efficiency. “
